Cancel Your Order
Enter your order number to cancel. If your notice has not yet been mailed, it will be cancelled and your payment refunded automatically.
Where to find your order number
Your order number was included in the confirmation email sent to you after checkout. It starts with "ES-" followed by the date and a short code.
Please note
Orders can only be cancelled before the notice is mailed. Once dispatched via USPS, cancellation is not possible and refunds cannot be issued.
Most orders are mailed within a few hours of payment. If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible.
